Dan Auerbach: “Keep It Hid”
From the forthcoming Keep It Hid
Auerbach’s the lead singer of The Black Keys. His debut reminds me of Built To Spill frontman Doug Martsch’s debut, Now You Know in that it’s not exactly different from what his band does, but there is something a bit quieter, a touch sadder, an inch more gutted. This is my favorite song.
